CREATING THE IDENTITY
The challenge was to create a system that reflected Nile’s multidisciplinary skill set while remaining true to his core design principles. Grounded in minimalism, the system highlights his focus on form, structure, and typography.
FOUNDATIONS
Nile established a core color palette rooted in minimalism, exploring the philosophy of color itself. White represents the sum of all colors, black the absence of color, and grey the balance between them. Through this trio, he creates a spectrum that is simultaneously full, empty, and in-between—allowing the palette to embody the widest possible range while remaining restrained and deliberate.
WEBSITE
By employing a strict grid on the left, Nile creates breathing room for the free-flowing work on the right, allowing each piece to take on its natural form rather than being confined to a box. This layout enables the website to showcase a variety of work while letting each page speak individually, striking a balance and clarity that prevents viewers from feeling overwhelmed.
